Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
Develop and monitor behavior analysis support plans.
Provide monitoring, feedback, training, and instruction to caregivers of clients.
Maintain a schedule, utilizing approved hours weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
Keep accurate documentation and complete required reports.
Review program effectiveness and make necessary changes based on data.
Complete and submit weekly progress notes, quarterly reports, and update behavior plans at least annually.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with BCaBA or BCBA certification.
Maintain BACB certification.
Auto insurance and registration.
Valid FL driver’s license and transportation.
Pass Level II criminal background check.
Maintain HIPAA training.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adhere to agency and state policies and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
A commitment to providing exceptional service.
Education
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
Board certification and in good standing as a BCaBA
Must obtain and maintain current BCaBA licensure in Texas
Experience
Minimum of 2 years working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
