Registered Behavior Technician

Mindful Musical Minds is currently hiring Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to join our innovative team and enhance your career while
helping children reach their full potential.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
  • Develop and monitor behavior analysis support plans.
  • Provide monitoring, feedback, training, and instruction to caregivers of clients.
  • Maintain a schedule, utilizing approved hours weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Keep accurate documentation and complete required reports.
  • Review program effectiveness and make necessary changes based on data.
  • Complete and submit weekly progress notes, quarterly reports, and update behavior plans at least annually.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with BCaBA or BCBA certification.
  • Maintain BACB certification.
  • Auto insurance and registration.
  • Valid FL driver’s license and transportation.
  • Pass Level II criminal background check.
  • Maintain HIPAA training.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adhere to agency and state policies and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional service.

Education

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board certification and in good standing as a BCaBA
  • Must obtain and maintain current BCaBA licensure in Texas

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
